These Terms of Use govern access to the PreetiBhojan multi-tenant web application and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorised by your organisation (or the platform operator) to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data, systems or accounts.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services without written permission.
- Upload malicious code, overload infrastructure or interfere with other users' access.
- Use the Services to store or process data you are not entitled to handle under your agreements.
3. Multi-tenant access
Data visible to you is determined by your organisation membership, roles and application entitlements configured by your administrators. Do not attempt to bypass organisation isolation or role checks.
4. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding and documentation, are owned by the platform operator or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Services as provided, no rights are granted to you.
5. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Operational availability, accuracy of calculations and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. Your organisation's agreements may provide additional remedies or service levels.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to your agreement with the platform operator, unless mandatory consumer or local rules require otherwise.
