Security & Roles

The right access for every sevak

Give each person exactly what their seva needs — from cook to storekeeper to director — with approvals where money or stock moves, and a record of every change.

What you get

Security & Roles, done properly

Standard kitchen roles

Kitchen director, managers, supervisors, cooks, storekeepers, purchase and accounts roles ready to use, and adjustable per organisation.

Approvals with two people

Whoever prepares a document is never the one who signs it, for recipes, stock and purchases alike.

Full audit trail

Who changed what, when and from where — down to the individual field — is recorded automatically.

Separate temples, separate data

Each organisation's data is isolated. One person can serve in several temples with different roles in each.

Secure sign-in

Google or email sign-in, a limit on devices per person, and an email alert for every new sign-in.

In practice

A day in the kitchen

  1. 1

A new storekeeper joins; the admin invites them with the Storekeeper role.

  2. 2

They can receive and issue stock, but cannot approve their own counts.

  3. 3

Every action they take appears in the audit log.

Questions

About security & roles

Can one person work for more than one temple?

Yes. One account can be a member of several organisations, with different roles in each.

Is our temple's data visible to other temples?

No. Every record belongs to one organisation, and every request is checked against the organisation the person is working in.
