1. This website and the demo form

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. When you request a demo, we receive the details you enter — your name, email, organisation, and optionally your phone, city, kitchen size and message — by email, and use them only to reply to you. They are not stored in the application or shared for marketing. Our servers also record technical data such as your IP address to protect the form from abuse.

2. What we process in the application

• Account and identity data: name, email address, authentication identifiers (for example from your identity provider), organisation membership, and roles assigned by administrators.
• Operational data: kitchen operations data you enter (such as items, recipes, menus, meal counts, purchase records and similar) tied to your organisation.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, request timestamps, correlation IDs, and similar logs needed for security, debugging and audit trails.

3. Why we process it

• To authenticate users and enforce organisation isolation and permissions.
• To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
• To detect abuse, fraud and security incidents.
• To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests where required.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where data-protection laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR apply, processing may be based on contract performance, legitimate interests (such as securing the platform), or consent where we explicitly ask for it.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with subprocessors that help us run the Services (for example hosting, authentication or email), under appropriate agreements. Administrators in your organisation can see operational data within your organisation as permitted by their role.

6. Retention

We retain data as long as your account or organisation relationship is active and as needed for legal, security or operational purposes. Demo request emails are kept only as long as the conversation needs them.

7. Security

We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; please report suspected issues to us.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. Application users should contact their organisation's administrator first; anyone may write to support@preetibhojan.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the application or by your organisation.
